Artist Statement

I am a Wakefield based visual artist dedicated to exploring landscapes and the relationship between people and place.

We transform the landscape around us and we are changed emotionally by it.

All my work is community co-created where people from a chosen landscape, urban as well as rural, have a direct input into the finished pieces.

I work across many different media, finding the one that can best realise an idea and engage with the communities I work with.
